Founder
Paul Muntean
Paul is a senior restructuring, transformation and value creation advisor with 20+ years of international experience across Europe, the UK and the Middle East. He combines top-tier consulting with hands-on executive leadership, advising shareholders, boards and management teams on complex transformation and performance situations.
Restructuring & Turnaround
30+ turnaround and restructuring assignments led across concept and implementation, advising companies and their stakeholders while also taking direct operational responsibility through mandates with Struktur Management Partner and Aspera Partners, with a focus on liquidity, performance improvement, operational restructuring and stakeholder management.
Commercial & Operating Leadership
Hands-on executive leadership across different industries, including sports flooring and polymers with CONICA and SaaS with Gastromatic, spanning commercial transformation, growth and operational performance.
Private Equity & Transaction Services
Experience across private equity value creation, operational due diligence, carve-outs and post-merger integration with Serafin Unternehmensgruppe in Munich and Deloitte Transaction Services in London.
Strategy
Delivered strategy engagements with DHL Consulting on global customer and growth programmes and with Kearney across the Gulf, advising corporates, sovereign institutions and public-sector organisations on strategy, transformation and implementation.
Paul holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

Professor Florin Vasvari, MA, PhD
Professor at London Business School, where he is Academic Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital and Executive Dean for Executive Education in the Middle East. He co-authored the two volume "Private Capital", endorsed by Henry Kravis, David Rubenstein and Stephen Schwarzman, and sits on advisory boards and investment committees of private equity firms.
Fredrik Edström
Managing Director of SG Partner in Zurich, advising on direct investments and the structured management of family assets. He spent eleven years at Cevian Capital, Europe's largest active ownership investor, and served as Investment Director at DM Capital in Shenzhen and as CFO for English Centers at EF Education First in Shanghai. MSc Engineering Physics from KTH Stockholm. CFA charter holder.
